Therapeutic Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage

   60 Minute Session - $70.00    90 Minute Session - $95.00

Therapeutic massage is the manipulation of the muscles and tissues of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, and stress. The focus is to find and release areas of tension while soothing the nervous system to enhance relaxation. This is used with the basis of Swedish massage while integrating various techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release and deep tissue massage. 

Pre-Natal / Post-Partum Massage

   60 Minute Session - $80.00    90 minute Session - $105.00

Pre-natal massage is for women in their second and third trimesters. Mothers-to-be have specific bodywork needs and require unique positioning during their treatments.

Postpartum massage is very beneficial and can help with the physical and emotional toll of being a new mother and helps reduce the recovery time of labor and delivery.

15 Min additions to sessions:

   Reflexology - $15.00

   Cupping - $15.00

Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure to the feet and hands utilizing specific thumb, finger and hand techniques based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands.  

Cupping helps bring fresh blood to an area and improve circulation which is highly effective for aches and pain relief.

Infant Massage Instruction:

   $180.00 for 3 in home sessions

   $150 for 3 group sessions

Infant Massage is beneficial for parents and their babies. It helps parents to feel more confident in their ability to care for their baby with bonding and attachment. It helps boost the immune system and promotes better sleep, helps with weight gain and relieves gastrointestinal discomforts such as gas or colic.

In home sessions can be scheduled in the comfort of your home with one on one instruction.

Group sessions are a great way to learn infant massage while meeting other parents. The next session starts on  September 6th, 2017.
